Energetic Chinese Gymnastic (Dacheng-Quan)

These exercises develop your vital energy and enable you to discover a new approach of the body. These slow movements not only improve the elasticity of the muscles and tendons but also help you to let go bringing calm and introspective work allowing you to center yourself. The vital energy is improved on all organs. Throughout this practice, the sensitivity is enhanced and the innate intelligence of the body is reactivated.

Qi Gong

One hour group class : 10 € per person

Exercises based on circulating the body’s energy with the breath while respecting the meridians and organs. Qi Gong therapy helps maintain optimal health. I teach many types of exercises drawn from Tai Chi, Qi Gong and sound work. As much as possible classes are held out doors to connect with nature in a relaxed and joyful environment. These conditions allow the participants the time to reconnect with their center.

Chiropractic

To receive a Doctorate of Chiropractic, (D.C.), anywhere in the world, students must complete extensive undergraduate prerequisites and four years of graduate-level instruction and internship at an accredited Chiropractic College. Chiropractic is non-invasive, natural and helps prevent disease. Chiropractors use their hands to make specific adjustments to restore joint movement and relieve nerve pressure. Doing so they correct structural, organic and energy imbalance, release the body vital force and help their patients to regain and maintain wellbeing.

Relaxing massage using heated and cold lava stones as well as essential oils. Alternating hot and cold stones improves blood circulation and energy flow thus reducing muscle tensions and chronic pains. This holistic massage helps you to rediscover the connection between body and mind.

Massage (Body and Mind Relaxation)	Fee : 60€ for 1 hour
A massage which utilizes diverse massage techniques ( Suedish, Tragger, Trigger Point Therapy) to help relax and release muscle tensions and emotional stress, thus increasing energy flow and a feeling of wellbeing. Done on a massage table using massage oils.

TAO healing	Fee : 60€ for 1,1/2 hour
The treatment is provided as Chinese energetic massage: TUI NA AN MO for body relaxing, and QI NEI ZANG. This one is being applied to the belly, which allows the dissolution of 'knots', revelators of conflicting emotions, harmful to mental as well as to physical health. Moreover, this type of massage harmonizes the energy of the vital organs and produces tonic effects to both body and mind.

Foot Reflexology	Fee: 50 € for 50 mn
A technique which works on specific foot zones which are called«reflexes» because different body organs and entire systems are « reflected » to the feet. Each zone corresponds to a part of the body. This work is carried out very softly on both feet almost simultaneously.

Shiatsu	Fee : 50 € for 50 mn
An officially recognized therapy in Japan, which is based on the principles of Chinese medicine, allowing both a deep relaxation and a energy harmonization. The work is carried out by applying hand pressure over the entire body, and especially upon the line of the meridians and acupuncture points.
